The Goose Cove Resort in Deer Isle, Maine, formerly known as the Goose Cove Lodge
in Deer Isle, Maine, is now under new ownership and management. If you are a past
customer of the Goose Cove Lodge we welcome you back for another vacation to remember

The Goose Cove Resort overlooks the beautiful Penobscot Bay in Deer
Isle, Maine. Visitors from near and afar have been visiting our lodge for over 55
years and our accommodations are second to none along our coastal forest.

We accommodate those who are looking for peace and tranquility, a place to enjoy
without the hustle and bustle of city life. The only horn you will hear on our resort
is the foghorn of the Fog Island lighthouse in the distance.
During your stay at our lodge explore the
natural beauty of the bay at a relaxed pace while savoring the views, exquisite
food, and the new friends you’ll make during your stay. Surrounding our resort are
hiking trails, beautiful beaches, bird watching, swimming, kayaking and so much
more!
We have a selection of rooms to choose from, all offering a beautiful view of the
bay. Most rooms come with a fireplace and a shared sundeck. In our lodge is “The
Cockatoo Portuguese Restaurant” offering you the exquisite flavors of authentic
Portuguese dishes. Reservations are not required but are recommended for dinners.
